Moving Beyond the Image
In our lives, we often admire the beautiful pictures and symbols of faith, but God calls us to move beyond simply admiring these images.
Just as the Italian cathedrals stand as awe-inspiring symbols of devotion, our faith must go beyond admiration and into a deep, lived experience of God’s presence. It’s not enough to just say "Wow"; it’s time to experience the reality of God in our daily lives.
"You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is they that bear witness about me, yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life."
John 5:39-40
Experiencing the Greater Works
Jesus promised that those who believe in Him will do even greater works than He did. The Bible is full of examples where Jesus showed up in powerful ways—whether in the everyday tasks of fishing, walking on the road to Emmaus, or during moments of prayer.
These were not just stories to admire but invitations to believe that He can and will show up in our lives today, doing greater things through us.
"Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it."
John 14:12-14
God’s Presence in Our Lives
God doesn’t want to remain just a beautiful picture or a distant idea; He wants to manifest His presence in our lives.
Whether it’s through unexpected confirmations like the picture of the mountain you received or through the deep revelations of His Word, God is ready to show Himself real and powerful in our lives. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are actively working, calling us to experience their fullness.
"But of the Son he says, 'Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, the sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions.'"
Hebrews 1:8-9
The Reality of God in Our Lives
God is tired of just being a picture that we admire from afar. He wants to be real, active, and present in every aspect of our lives. The Father’s love, the Son’s lordship, and the Holy Spirit’s guidance are all meant to be experienced personally, not just acknowledged intellectually. It’s time to invite God to truly manifest in our lives and experience His goodness in ways that go beyond what we’ve ever known..
"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might."
Deuteronomy 6:4-5
